Refund policy
At Lush and Co. Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
- While we do not offer refunds, we are pleased to provide exchanges or store credit within 7 business days of receiving your item.
- Exchanges are available only for ring and bracelet size adjustments. All other eligible items (excluding earrings, bespoke jewelry, non-jewelry items, and gift cards) can be returned for store credit.
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Bespoke and custom-made jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Non-jewelry items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at concierge@lushandcojewelry.com with the subject titled “Jewelry Return and Exchange Request”.
- All returns and exchanges must receive prior approval. Only items purchased directly from lushandcojewelry.com are eligible for return or exchange.
- Clients are fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. These fees are non-refundable and will not be included in store credits.
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging. Once approved, exchanges or store credits will be issued, excluding shipping fees, which are the sole responsibility of the client.
- Items that exhibit signs of wear, damage, or alterations (including resizing) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Lush and Co. Jewelry reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not comply with these conditions.
