Domestic Shipping

  • Complimentary shipping is provided for orders over SGD 300. For orders below SGD 300, a flat shipping fee of SGD 30 applies, which includes secure door-step delivery.
  • For expedited or next-day delivery on Ready-to-Ship items, please contact us via the Contact Us form or WhatsApp.

International Shipping

  • Complimentary international shipping is available for orders over SGD 500. For orders below SGD 500, a flat shipping fee of SGD 50 applies.
  • All applicable taxes, duties, and additional charges (e.g., customs clearance, VAT) incurred at the destination country will be the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Customs policies vary by country. For assistance or further information, please contact your local customs office. Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
  • International shipments may be subject to import charges, such as duties, tariffs, and taxes, which vary by destination. These charges will be borne by the recipient.

Ready-to-Ship Collection

  • Items will be dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed before 7 PM are processed the same day, while those placed after 7 PM are processed the following business day. For example, an order placed at 10 PM on Monday will be considered a Tuesday order and dispatched by end of Thursday.

Bespoke and Custom-made Jewelry

  • These pieces will be dispatched approximately 6-8 weeks after order confirmation, as each piece is custom-made and requires time for careful commissioning and craftsmanship.
